Changing SYSDATE in Oracle 10g R2 on Windows Server 2003

After migrating our servers from a CA datacenter using PST to a TX datacenter using CST, we noticed an incorrect offset in our application's log times of 2 hours.
We decided to change the time settings within Windows back by 2 hours, at which point, the log times appeared accurate.  We then realized that the log times were correct, but the "creation time" of the log in the database was still off by 2 hours.
To change SYSDATE in Oracle 10g R2 on Windows, you just change the system time on the server.  To be safe, you may want to restart the database, at which point, SYSDATE will return the time you set for the server.
